Guidelines for grant proposals from Longmeadow School staff members

LEEF welcomes grant proposals from Longmeadow Public School staff members, including teachers, administrators, or other school personnel. The LEEF Board strongly encourages proposals that involve collaboration of faculty across grades, schools and departments. In general, a cost-effective proposal that reaches a large student population is more likely to be funded than one that reaches a small group, however we encourage all submissions. For more information, please read the Grant Guidelines.

Review a sample grant application

The grant review committee does not require an elaborate proposal. In fact, a grant application form containing short and to-the-point explanations and answers is preferred. If your proposal does have multiple cost items, please list each item and cost. For further guidance, the sample application below may be helpful. If you have additional questions, please attend the application workshop when it comes to your school. Also, feel free to contact your school's sheparding committee liaison at any time. If you do not know who your school liaison is, please contact your principal.
